  Absolutely ridiculous, they don't answer their phones at all, neither the main number or the service centre number, was stuck on hold for over an hour yesterday and tried to call first thing this morning to reschedule a service and guess what? Straight back on hold. Right after I had an issue with my reverse sensors and the man at reception told me that "they had to see the problem" before they looked into it, and when I asked about having an accident because they're not working, he shrugged me off and laughed. If it weren't for the warranty on my car I would be servicing elsewhere. Beware before going to these guys... I'm yet to have a nice experience.
