Waterfront Restaurant & Bar

Wouldn't recommend Waterfront restaurant at Novotel in Geelong.
So disappointed....... view of the bay was beautiful. Thought we would order seafood spaghetti. It looked fantastic adorned with whole crab draped over dish. Pulled meat from body but as it got closer to my mouth I could smell the ammonia. The taste was like eating bleach. My daughter said it smelt like hair colour. We removed the crab and ate the rest of our dish..... very disappointed. Salad great, no serving utensils or side plates. Used our pasta bowls Politely told the waitress, all she could say was sorry. Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't return
